We are proud that EuroCC Austria interviewed Fabian Frauenberger and wrote an article about CloudShadingAI which is he world's first AI-powered shadow prediction tool (with HPC support from EuroCC Austria) that forecasts both, cloud and terrain shadows for photovoltaic systems with up to 95% accuracy over a time horizon of 15 minutes to six hours, enabling more efficient planning and operation of solar energy installations. Today the CloudShadingAI is hosted by SWISDATA!
